Today, my group and I refreshed our minds and discussed our ideas for our final film. We explained to our teacher (Mr Nichols) the basic plot of our story so far. We told him that we wanted to include a doll of some to make this the focus of the film and twisted and scary.
Are idea was so that the doll would first be seen in the park when the two girls (Chelsea and I) are playing on a seesaw. Mr Nichols gave us the idea of introducing the doll instead of it just appearing at the start of the film, such as the doll being a gift for the girl. As a group, we liked this idea and came up with the doll given as a gift from a young age. We thought we could show this by showing old, worn pictures of the girl and the doll as she grows up and short home videos of the girl shown inbetween the pictures of her playing with it. For these pictures and short clips, we discussed who the pictures would be of as she needs to look reasonably like the character who owns the doll which is either myself or Chelsea.
